ESAC provides PEO accreditation and financial assurance covering over $50 billion in annual employee wages. ESAC’s mission for the PEO industry is similar to the missions of FDIC for the banking industry, SIPC for the securities industry, and state insurance guaranty associations for the insurance industry. ESAC ensures that accredited eESI’s performance of key employer responsibilities to their clients, employees, insurers and regulatory authorities is backed by over $10 million of surety bonds held in trust at a national bank!

Certification Institute

The PEO WC risk management certification program provides independent professional verification that eESI’s risk management program is meeting proven insurance industry risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents and health exposures and control WC insurance losses. Certification gives eESI client business owners assurance their service provider has the capability to deliver important risk management results. Certification also provides WC insurance companies with ongoing assurance that eESI is in fact implementing industry best practices in a consistent and effective manner.

National Association Professional Employer Organization

napeo.orgNational Association Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) is the voice of the PEO Industry and represents about 85% of the industry’s estimated $92 billion in gross revenues. NAPEO has some 300 PEO members. Of the 300 members, eESI is 1 of only 28 accredited ESAC member PEOs. Approximately 250,000 businesses and more than 2.5 million people are part of PEO arrangements.
